thanks for including a link ... it was frozen because the 64k zip link wasn't automatically made by the system like it was supposed to. you don't need to do anything, we'll be taking care of it and unfreezeing it / moving it along, when it is time ...

also, i just noticed you used 1 didget for the month ... the files should be like this:

smk2005-01-15d1t05.flac

not what you have it as:

smk2005-1-15d1t05.flac

make sure to use two didgets for all date numbers, so the files sort correctly ... do that and it will be ready to roll!

as far as a change of e-mail, just hit 'patron info' at the top of the screen and update your e-mail, so that all your contributions will have the new e-mail attatched to it so we can write to you if things like this happen..

did you read the instructions in the above forum post? looking at the files, you didn't change the month to a two didget number:

01

instead of just

1

as you have it now ... that needs to be done before it is unfrozen ... also when you login to the FTP to rename the files, please delete any files in there that aren't your origianl seed files... (ie. all mp3s, ogg, xml, etc..) as those will be regenerated by the system with the new file name. let me know how that goes. you don't need to reupload anything, just re-name the files on the server...

everything has been changed......now i am wondering if i import the show again or if you will import the show under the 1-15-05 task id 86181 that it is currently frozen under. I will go ahead and import the show again under the correct janurary naming scheme and hopefully you can delete the old one. I tried to go to the contributions center to update it like you do if the md5 fails and then is fixed but i don't think it works that way because i was not able to update it. hopefully now this crap os over and i will never forget about good ole Jan and crazy computers!!! lesson learned even if it took some deciphering....

Whoa Tyler, what've you been drinking!?!? this is what the first post said at the beginning.....
"thanks for including a link ... it was frozen because the 64k zip link wasn't automatically made by the system like it was supposed to. you don't need to do anything, we'll be taking care of it and unfreezeing it / moving it along, when it is time ..."

smk2005-1-15d1t05.flac

make sure to use two didgets for all date numbers, so the files sort correctly ... do that and it will be ready to roll!"

so at the beginning he said it was not my fault and said "you don't need to do anything, we'll be taking care of it and unfreezeing it / moving it along, when it is time ... " that is why I replied three days later when nothing had changed saying "It has been three more days and still absolutely no change in the situation......do i need to re upload to my server and replace the whole thing or what?!!?!?" then further down it said the digits were wrong for the months because the computer doesn't know the difference. Tyler should have came straight out and said the show has been frozen due to the 1 instead of 01 for Janurary and it will not be unfrozen before i change this on my server. It did not...you only cloudied up the situation. Tyler's second reply said "did you read the instructions in the above forum post? looking at the files, you didn't change the month to a two didget number:"

read your first confusing post that said something about a 64kb zip file and it being Archive's fault then you may understand my confusion.

And lose the attitude Sangamon Taylor I never asked for your help......lucky you're out in Cali
